Blue Charm Adherence Inc. closes private offering under the NSIETC

The team at Blue Charm Adherence is delighted to announce the successful closure of the private offering under the Nova Scotia Innovation Equity Tax Credit program. The investor pool included 27 individuals from not only the province of Nova Scotia but also New Brunswick and Ontario.

Greg Patey, CEO, commented, "We couldn't be happier with the investment result as it shows interest from a variety of investors from both inside and outside of the province. This level of funding provides a great start and a level of funding to ensure provisions for the technological development, hiring of key talent, and a significant market launch."

The technology build began in January, and the team is excited to continue its progression towards bringing this innovative technology to the world.
