Steve Johnson

Steve Johnson is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in consulting, technology and entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has held roles at leading global firms such as Accenture and IBM, where he honed his expertise in technology solutions and business strategy. 

Leveraging this extensive knowledge, Steve co-founded a SaaS Workforce Analytics company, which quickly became a leader in its category. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth, culminating in a successful exit to a private equity firm. Steve's passion for working in early stage companies has led him to Blue Charm where he is responsible for Operations.
