With more than 45 years of experience, Dean Michelin has built his career across multiple pharmaceutical companies, advertising agencies, and healthcare data technology firms. He has worked across every level of sales and marketing, covering all therapeutic areas and regions throughout Canada. 

In 2009, Dean was inducted into the Canadian Healthcare Marketing Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding leadership, mentorship, and coaching. Throughout his career as a C-suite executive and senior leadership team member, he has consistently guided organizations and individuals to new levels of success.

Dean’s passion is innovation and the people and processes that are required to successfully invent and deliver disruptive innovation that provides a competitive advantage and sustainable growth. He is highly regarded for his ability to develop and facilitate strategic planning sessions and has designed and delivered a sought-after course on strategic thinking.
